Twitch Live Show
Prime Day Special
Contributions: Creative Direction, Storyboards, Production, Filming, Editing, Graphic Design
With over 30 free games being offered to Prime members during Prime Day, I wanted to do something BIG for our monthly live show on Twitch. As director for the episode, I prepared the list of challenges and games that would be played then storyboarded, shot and edited a series of pre-recorded videos that would run before each segment. I also called in a favor, bringing Greg Miller in as our special guest.
YouTube Cutdown
Following the broadcast, I cut the show down to a roughly 20 minute highlight reel to later be posted on the Prime Gaming YouTube channel.
Social Cutdowns
I would also clip out roughly two-minute long segments for posting across Prime Gaming’s social media channels.
Mark your calendars 📅 We will be live tomorrow for a special #PrimeDay episode!

Storyboards vs Final Shots
After collaborating with the production team to come up with the narrative structure for the show, I put together a shot list, drawing storyboards for each scene in order to explain what we were hoping to capture on the day of filming and help keep track of what needed to be shot next.
